I enjoyed exceptionally pleasant staff, optimal location. Spacious bed, well airconditioned and functional room. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Bountiful breakfast with lots of food, well priced. Tidy and respectable hotel in Kensington district. Also - near to tube stations, several restaurants and the center of London. The service was all in all special.

Staff were fabulous, and facilities were fairly clean here. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Incredibly convenient location, admirable services and amazing bed. I appreciated the spacious restaurant and the food was fantastic. The pool was excellent and the garden — small.
